The free funded hours are offered between 8am and 6pm. As we are open 51 weeks of the year and the funding covers 38 weeks, we stretch the entitlement to cover all weeks of the year. Families with 15 hours of funding will receive up to 11 hours free of charge per week and families with 30 hours of funding will receive up to 22 hours per week free of charge.
We encourage parents to pay a voluntary consumables fee as the funding is only intended to cover the delivery of the curriculum. Our voluntary charge covers the cost of all meals. If you choose to opt out, you will need to provide 3 meals and 2 snacks per day in line with our Health and Safety Policy. Please note that children are provided with a nutritious and balanced daily menu which includes breakfast, two snacks and two hot meals; organic milk is provided throughout the day.
Fees are required to be paid monthly in advance. Any fee increases will be communicated at least 1 month before affecting your invoice.
What is my family eligible for?
Currently all three- and four-year-olds can access 15 hours per week of funded education for 38 weeks of the year, regardless of the income or working status of their parent or carer. In addition, all eligible working parents of children aged nine months up to three-years-old can access funding for 30 hours per week of education for 38 weeks of the year.
